Addison E. Lehman

Addison E. Lehman, 94, of Goshen and formerly of Beaver Falls, New York, died Sunday afternoon, August 10, 2008, at Goshen General Hospital. He was born in Beaver Falls, New York, on November 3, 1913, to Christian and Mary (Zehr) Lehman.  He married Mary Zehr on June 11, 1941, in Lowville, New York.  She survives. Mr. Lehman is survived by his wife, Mary; six sons, Karl (Elaine) Lehman of Elkhart, Robert (Marla) Lehman of Goshen, Joseph Lehman of Bristol; Christ (Marilyn) Lehman of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Barry (Janet) Lehman of Columbia, Pennsylvania; and Charles (Carol) Lehman of East Earl, Pennsylvania; 23 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. Mr. Lehman was the youngest and last of 13 children. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, at Waterford Mennonite Church in Goshen, where a 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2008, funeral service will be conducted.  Pastors Tina Schlabach, Neil Amstutz andLester Bauman will officiate.  Burial will be in Little Pine Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to Mennonite Central Committee.
