Ada Marie Wilson, 88, of Goshen, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Goshen Hospital.
She was born July 26, 1928 in Walton, West Virginia to Fredrick and Sarah Edith (Snyder) Lupardus.
Survivors include a daughter, Chessie Myers of Spencer, WV; three sons, Steven “Mike” (Karen) Taylor of Goshen, Robert “Tommy” (Phyllis) Taylor of Sandyville, WV, and Jackie (Bonnie) Taylor of Akron, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; a brother, Shelby Lupardus of Oil Springs, KY; and a daughter-in-law, Diana Taylor of Moundsville, WV.
Along with her parents, Ada was preceded in death by two husbands, Arley “Red” Taylor and James K. Wilson; two daughters, Evelyn and Tonya Lynn Taylor; a son, Larry Taylor, a grandson, Dennis Taylor; great-grandson, Aaron Taylor; two sisters, Pauline Dye and Goldie Becsey; a brother, Freeman Lupardus; and step-son, William Wilson.
A local resident since 1985, Ada worked at Homecrest Cabinetry. She enjoyed gardening and took great pride in the landscaping around her home.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 8, 2017, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen and Sunday, July 9, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m. at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, 406 Market St., Spencer, WV.
An 11 a.m. funeral service will be conducted Monday, July 10, 2017, at John H. Taylor Funeral Home. Rev. Jackie Roberts, Steele Hollow Community Church, Spencer, WV, will officiate.
Burial will follow at Gandeeville Community Cemetery, Gandeeville, West Virginia.
